CSC organises two Brigades a year, one in the Summer and one in the Winter . A preparation day takes place before you leave, this gives you the opportunity to meet Brigadistas, both old and new, to share experiences of Brigade life and ask any questions you may have.
The next Brigade is:

OR
Late December 2012- January 2013 (Winter Brigade)
The cost of the upcoming Summer Brigade (June-July 2012) will be approx. £1100. The Winter Brigade (Dec '12 - Jan '13) has yet to be confirmed.
