Day 1-2: New York Area to Washington DC
Head south to explore monuments and museums, paying homage to America's colourful past.

Day 3: Virginia
On to the Commonwealth of Virginia, where the Appalachian Mountains dominate the stunning view.

Day 4: Nashville
Known as the Music City, Nashville is the home of 'Country'.

Day 5: Memphis
Continue the music theme with an included visit to Elvis' Graceland and an evening out on Beale Street.

Day 6-8: New Orleans
Bourbon Street and the 'Big Easy' are both cultural and culinary experiences not to be missed.

Day 9: Texas
Travel west through the Mississippi Delta to the great state of Texas, where everything seems larger than life.

Day 10-11: San Antonio
Home of the Alamo and Riverwalk, San Antonio is rich in Western history.

Day 12: Texas
The population dwindles as the rolling hills give way to the parched deserts of America's Southwest.

Day 13: Carlsbad Caverns National Park
Carlsbad Caverns is a system of around 80 underground caverns and is often called the eighth wonder of the world.

Day 14-15: Santa Fe
Southwestern architecture attracts an artistic community, who ply their wares through 'mercados' and stylish boutiques.

Day 16-17: Moab
The wind, rain and Colorado River have carved the desert landscape to create the incredible Canyonlands and Arches National Parks.

Day 18: Monument Valley
Ancestral home to the Navajo community, Monument Valley has been immortalized in legend and countless Western films.

Day 19-20: Grand Canyon National Park
One of the world's natural wonders; nothing can prepare you for your first glimpse of the Grand Canyon.

Day 21: Bryce Canyon National Park
Crimson canyons and sandstone spires known as 'hoodoos' create a stunning sight.

Day 22: Zion National Park
Zion National Park is a desert oasis fed by the Virgin River and countless hanging gardens.

Day 23-24: Las Vegas
Casinos, clubs and cabaret are on offer in the city that's made its name with 'anything goes'.

Day 25: Los Angeles
The journey across America ends with a tour of Hollywood and memories that will last a lifetime.
Tour ends at approx 17:00 hrs in Los Angeles on day 25.
