Ever wanted to teach English in paradise? Head to the Gulf of Thailand, where you’ll be marking books and drawing up lesson plans as well as helping to broaden the skills of local underprivileged children.
Based in the coastal area of Chumphon, we work with several kindergarten and state primary schools that cater to between 150 and 300 students with just 8 to 16 teachers who could really do with your help!
Your assistance will be needed Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm, with up to 3 hours of lessons throughout the working day. You will be working as an assistant teacher, helping to teach the children English through a variety of methods and leading classes of your own once you’ve got the hang of it!
There will also be opportunities to help out with extra-curricular activities with the students such as sports or arts and crafts, and you may be needed to lend a hand with housekeeping duties around the school.
