If you’re after a bit of culture and history while you perfect your Spanish language skills, Guatemala is a great destination! Immerse yourself in local life and become an expert in no time with the help of top tutors.
After a guided tour around the sights and sounds of bustling Antigua and a culture lesson to help you get settled in, it’s time to start learning!
Your one-to-one classes will run for 4 hours a day in 55 minute sessions. Lessons will generally be held for two hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon to give you plenty of time to absorb all of that info and take a well deserved break.
The course will cover all the essentials including reading, writing, speaking and listening, working at a pace that suits you and your abilities. Afternoons and weekends will be yours to explore the wonders of Antigua and our in-country team will also arrange a whole host of activities to keep you busy from salsa to sightseeing!

This programme generally starts on the first Monday of every month, but other dates are available.

There are no specific qualifications or requirements needed to take part on this trip. We do however require that all travellers have a sense responsibility for other travellers, project staff and local community and most importantly... a sense of fun and adventure!
