Info

Choose from a range of volunteer projects in Nepal; help to make a real difference to deprived youngsters or opt to try out your classroom skills teaching English and learn all about Buddhism living in a monastery!

Take your pick of two fantastic volunteer projects; teach children in a local school, children’s resource centre or childcare centre or teach English to monks in a Buddhist monastery!

If you opt to work with the children, you’ll help to teach English, maths and basic science and get involved in sports and games, unleash your inner creativity and use your inventive skills to brighten up the classroom! Or if you want to experience a more spiritual side of Nepal, teaching and living with the monks will give you the opportunity to immerse yourself in Buddhist culture as well as improve the standard of education for the monks.
