The Volunteer Peru program offers a wide range of placements for our participants.

Work in a crèche

Play with and care for underprivileged children in a busy crèche in Peru:

- Assist with basic teaching
- Organise games and activities
- Care for and play with the childre

Health care

Help Peruvian doctors in local communities.

Provide support in some or all of the following areas of medicine:

- Dispensing general medicine
- Gynaecology
- Dentistry
- Nutrition

Animal shelter

Help look after mistreated or abused animals in Peru:

- Prepare food and feed the animals
- Assist with vaccinations
- Help create and improve environments for animals
- Clean the enclosures
- Help vets with check-ups
