Info

The ultimate introduction to life in OZ! If you’re travelling alone, exploring the great beyond for the first time or are starting your travels in Sydney, this package will show you the ropes and help you get started

Days 1 – 3:

After arriving into Sydney, getting settled and taking a wander around, it’s time to start exploring! First up a trip to Centrepoint tower in downtown Sydney, where there will be a buffet style lunch waiting for you to enjoy during the 70 minute rotation.

Next it’s a trip Ku-Ring-Gai Chase National Park, home to Aboriginal history and a stunning array of natural sights and some incredible wildlife. Then on to Hunter Valley where you’ll visit boutique wineries and learn to taste the local tipple like a pro.

Days 4 –5:

Discover what it means to be a real Aussie surf dude with a surf lesson on Sydney’s amazing coast. Your expert coach will help you to master catching and riding waves before you take in the best of the Grand Pacific Drive and visit awe-inspiring sites including Seven Mile Beach national Park. (In June this experience will be replaced with a visit to the equally amazing Olympic Park and Aquatic centre).
Prepare for a seriously Australian day out with a beach BBQ and bar crawl, stuff you face with sausages, burgers, salads and sauces (veggie options available), chill out on the beach and then hit the town for a guided bar crawl!

Onto something wilder for your penultimate day. Taronga Zoo is the biggest city zoo in the world and boasts more than 2000 creatures great and small, including indigenous Australian critters. Don’t miss out on the chance to join the sky safari cable car and see it all from the air.

Your last day will be a relaxing one with a cruise around the world famous Sydney Harbour. Feast your eyes on the Harbour bridge, Sydney Opera House and Luna Park and polish off another tasty lunch before you head back.
