* Programme details:
Sample Itinerary for the 3 weeks volunteer in Nepal program:

Day 1 - Arrival in Katmandu transfer to hotel accommodation
Day 2 - 3 - Cultural orientation, basic language lesson and sight seeing around Katmandu valley
Day 4 - Rafting
Day 5 - 8 - Village Immersion + basic Nepali Language lesson Village sight seeing and Jungle Safari in Chitwan
Day 9 - 17 - Volunteer Program & placement of your choices (Eco-Tourism, Environment and Conservation, School and Community Program)
Day 18 - Depart to Pokhara Transfer to Hotel Accommodation
Day 19 - Sight seeing in Pokhara
Day 20 - Back to Kathmandu
Day 21 - Return Home

There are three options for the volunteering placements within the program:

The program starts on the 1st and 15th of each month, year round.

Requirements

* You do not need to have any formal training or experience to participate in a program, but whatever experience you do have will be taken into account when arranging your day-to-day activities.
* Minimum age 18yrs.
* You need a good command of oral and written English.
* International volunteers are welcome
