Sample Itinerary for the 6 weeks volunteer in Nepal program:

Day 1- Arrival in Katmandu transfer to hotel accommodation
Day 2 - 3 - Cultural orientation, basic language lesson & sight seeing around Katmandu valley
Day 4 - 7 - Village Immersion + basic Nepali Language lesson & sight seeing & Jungle Safari in Chitwan
Day 8 - 21 - Volunteer Program & placement of your choices (Eco-Tourism, Environment & Conservation, School & Community Program)
Day 22 - Depart to Kathmandu Transfer to Hotel Accommodation
Day 22-37 - Depart to Lukla starting point of the trek to Mt. Everest Base Camp
Day 38 - Back to Kathmandu
Day 39 - (Kathmandu) free day
Day 40 - Return Home

Requirements

* You do not need to have any formal training or experience to participate in a program, but whatever experience you do have will be taken into account when arranging your day-to-day activities.
* Minimum age 18yrs.
* You need a good command of oral and written English.
* International volunteers are welcome
