Brazil is one of the world best gap year destinations. There are a lot of places to visit and a wide range of gap year work and gap year volunteer opportunities.
Plan a structured gap year and you could teach English in Brazil at a local community or school. This is a great experience and can really get you involved with the local population. You could also go on a Brazil gap year tour and explore more of the country.
Travel in Brazil and experience the atmosphere of Carnival, see a sporting event at Maracana stadium or you could explore the amazon. Try to visit the Foz do Iguaçu waterfalls situated on the border between Brazil and Argentina.
