USA Gap Year Summer Jobs in Alaska & Seattle

Princess Cruises and Holland America Line offer competitive wages for gap year summer jobs in Alaska and Seattle. Gap year wages vary depending on your position, level of experience, and additional qualifications. In Alaska, the minimum wage is $7.75 per hour and overtime is paid for hours worked over 8 hours per day or over 40 hours per week.

Additionally, an Incentive Program may be available depending on your work location, the type of gap year work you do and your commitment to work a specified period.

Seasonal Gap Year Jobs North America

The Alaska, Seattle, and Vancouver gap year work seasons run from early May through late September. Training programs may be scheduled prior to May. The preferred gap year applicant would be one who can commit to work the entire season.
