Gap Year Volunteering in Europe

Take a gap year and volunteer in Europe. Are you aged 18 – 30 years old, a UK resident with an EU passport? If so you can volunteer abroad for 6-12 months with European Voluntary Service (EVS). There are hundreds of gap year projects to choose from with themes ranging from working with children, minority groups and people with special needs as well as a variety of conservation and arts/cultural and media projects.

A grant funded by the European Commission covers your travel, medical insurance, accommodation, food, pocket money and training. There is no cost to you as a volunteer.
