West Africa Gap Year Voluntary Work in Ghana

Take a gap year in Africa and volunteer in Ghana. Projects-Abroad volunteers in Ghana had a busy time recently. Last Monday was Ghana Independence Day but instead of joining the rest of the country in having a day off, our volunteers participated in a health walk. They walked en masse from our office to the Osu Children's Home delivering donations. They then engaged in exercises and games with the children and brought smiles to the staff and children alike.
